// Bluegrass
Here's a head study that I did of the Silver Hawks character Bluegrass. I did the drawing about 3 months ago, but felt like I should throw some colors on it. Took me about 2 hours with the coloring.
It's a bit of a different approach for me on the colors. I was looking to go with a more painterly look, as opposed to my cel-shaded antics. I really digg the metal and the hat, the skin tones I still need some work on.
This cartoon had so much potential. Interplanetary police force battling intergalactic gangsters? The problem I see with the show was the complete lack of realism, but I guess that's what happens when it's a kid's cartoon.

// Sunset 6 Page Preview of Issue 2
Here's a 6 page preview of my coloring for Prime Dimension Studios' Sunset comic. These images are digitally drawn by penciller Robert Seavello then sent to me to be colored.

// Green Lantern John Stewart
This was a sketch that I did with pencil and then inked with a Sharpie. We have tons of colored card stock scrap that just sits around my work begging to be drawn on. So I did Green Lantern John Stewart on some lime green card stock. I think I tried to get a bit wispy, similar to Street Fighter IV with the inks, but then again that was about 3 months ago when I originally drew this.
Sorry for the lack of new art. I'm in the largest artist's block of my life at the moment. But the good news is the scanner works perfectly with the new Mac.

// Bizzaro No. 1
Just felt like drawing this while I was trapped at work. I like the shading with the only tools that I had available at the time--ball point pen & highlighters. "Bizzaro am No. 1"
