// S.H.I.E.L.D.ing the Hudson

Jimmy Hudson from Marvel's Ultimate Comics: X

I just recently finished this series and I was quite impressed. I'm sad to hear that the Bi-Monthly schedule wasn't working but when you see the amount of detail that Art Adams throws into every issue I understand. The series was a really interesting set-up because it's an X-Men story that doesn't have Prof. X, Magneto, Cyclops, or Wolverine.

I just don't understand why there isn't more fan art about this kid. He's the son of Wolverine. He's not a clone. He's not Daken (even though I collect Daken comics).

In regards to his hoodie, I liken it to when kids find something out and then adopt it into their own culture. S.H.I.E.L.D. is essentially hunting all mutants down, but I would see this as Jimmy taking that symbol and owning it, making it his own so to speak. I'd say that it's like taking an urban legend and bringing it to light so that it doesn't have power over you anymore. Maybe I'm just reading more into it than I should.

I was thinking of traditionally inking and then computer coloring this one. What do y'all think?
