Boogie Fever...Hypno-Hustler

This week's topic over at www.timberlinedraw.blogspot.com ...You know Wikipedia is a helluva thing...I just looked up "List of Spider-Man Villains" and it gave me just that.  I found the Hypno-Hustler and was sold instantly.  Went with a bit of Jim "Dragon" Kelly as some reference/inspiration.  Simple cel-shade coloring in Photoshop. HUSTLAH. Word.
